"We purchased the New Broom Software [TOPS] back in July 2003. Our Mail Order had got to the stage where we were struggling to process all the orders at Christmas, and we were having to turn custom away. This was mainly due to the time it took us to manually process our orders, Credit Cards and Stock etc.
