Order Management: Add another delivery to an order

As mentioned on the previous page we can have more than one delivery within an order, bearing in mind that outside of TOPS this might be termed adding another order. If we are going to add another delivery to an order it is normally going to be to a different recipient. In theory it might not be - the customer might ask for two deliveries to go to the same recipient such as when he or she is placing an order relating to a person's birthday and wedding anniversary - but normally it will be necessary to specify a new recipient or giftee.

Let us see what happens when we click on the "Change Recipient" Button.
