You may have an assortment of package types - boxes, padded envelopes, of all shapes and sizes, but your packers may not know the best type of packaging to use for each delivery. TOPS gives you the opportunity to assign the packaging type to each delivery, so that when you provide your packers with a list of items to pack, they will know exactly which boxes or padded envelopes to use.

Moreover, you need to know how much your postage and packing is going to cost you so that you can charge the customer the correct amount, and pay the carrier the correct fee. TOPS assists you in this by adding the weight of the chosen packaging to the overall weight of the delivery.
