Despatch Management - Adding or Removing Deliveries

Here is where we add or remove deliveries from the packing batch. All you have to do is to select the deliveries you wish to go into or out of this batch. The upper part of the screen shows the deliveries which are already in the batch. If you are creating a new batch there will not be any showing here. The lower part of the screen shows the deliveries which are not yet assigned to any packing batch. In order to add deliveries to the packing batch, simply follow these steps:

  1. In the lower table, place a tick in the box beside each delivery you wish to add to this packing batch. Note that there is a "select all" option.
  2. Click on the Up-Arrow button at the top of the table.
  3. Click on the "Save and Return to Batch" button.

Removing deliveries is the same process except that you start from the upper table, instead of the lower table, and you use the Down-Arrow button.

Having clicked on "Save and Return to Batch" you will see the following screen.
