Customer Management: Add a New Customer

Entering your customer data is easy. Just fill in the fields - most of them are optional. Unlike many customer database systems, we include a field for previous surname - very important and often-neglected by infexible computer systems! Note also another unusual and original feature - the ability to specify a salutation, which will appear automatically on any correspondence with that person.

  • If you click on "informal", the salutation will be their first name, e.g. "Dear Fred".
  • If you select "custom" you can place whatever you like in the "Dear" field below.
  • The system defaults to "formal", which will display their title and surname, e.g. "Dear Mr Smith".

Having entered your customer details, click on the "Add" button to add their address >.
