Carrier Management - Producing Carrier Labels

Many long distance carriers prefer that you provide them with labels in a special format. They often provide software for you to install on your computer for this to take place. These labels will ensure that the address is in the required format and contain a barcode for use by the carrier. TOPS is able to integrate with such carrier software and generate the right kind of labels. It also saves you a lot of time having to produce your own labels.

To see how carrier labels are produced, let us return to the main despatch management screen. If you look at the right hand side you will see a column entitled "Reports/Labels/Invoices/Carrier". Click on the "Generate" link beside the batch for which you wish to produce labels. next >
